Deborah is a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist, and Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist and Advanced Sensory Integration Practitioner registered with the HCPC. Deborah works for the NHS and privately, and has 19 years of experience supporting adults, children and young people to navigate mental health challenges.
She supports people experiencing sensory-related anxiety difficulties, OCD, low mood, anxiety, emotional dysregulation and sleep, among other difficulties. Over the last four years, she has specialised in combining Occupational Therapy, sensory integration and talking therapy approaches in her NHS and private work.
