Jaime is an experienced Online BABCP Accredited CBT and EMDR UK and Europe Practitioner and BABCP Supervisor. He is a Registered Mental Health Nurse and Educator, with over 17 years of experience in the Mental Health Field.

He specialises in online therapy for trauma, OCD ERP, anxiety, performance, PTSD, Childhood Trauma, CBT for sleep disorders, adjustments, work issues, corporate therapy and day to day difficulties.

He has further developed his practice in ACT, DBT, Compassion Focus Therapy for Trauma, EMDR for Groups, EMDR for Moral Injury and Trauma Informed Practice, among others.

Jaime delivers therapy in English, as well as Spanish and Catalan/Valenciano.

He delivers specialist trauma informed therapy in UK and overseas, to individuals and organisations.
